On June 13, 2025, we presented our research titled “IT Capabilities, Digital Transformation, Resilience, and Performance in Elderly Care Units: A Configurational Approach” at the LMDE 2025 International Conference (Leading and Managing in the Digital Era: Shaping the Future with AI and Data Analytics). This study adopted a configurational perspective and employed fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to explore how IT capabilities, digital transformation, organizational resilience, and other organization-specific attributes jointly contribute to performance outcomes in Elderly Care Units (ECUs) in Greece.
