On July 4, 2025, we presented our research entitled “Total institutions, sense of community and the work-nonwork interface: Inclusive HRM in Greek elderly care units” at the 41st EGOS Colloquium 2025 in Athens, Greece. The study explores the lived experience of working in elderly care units and the implications for employee life outside of the work environment.
